The decoration at the hotel exuded such warmth and elegance. The general areas were spacious and accommodating, perfect for senior people like myself to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility was impressive, making it easy for us to enjoy a delightful stay without any mobility concerns.

I would ask for more assistance for senior people from the children working there.

From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was impeccable. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay luxurious and comfortable. the spacious room was beautifully decorated and the exclusive amenities provided were top, notch. the outdoor swimming pool was lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. the spa centre offered excellent beauty treatments and the steam room was a nice touch.

The only minor issue I experienced was the noise from the traffic. this was only noticeable in the front, facing rooms, and the hotel provides canal, facing rooms for those looking for a quieter stay.

Unforgettable Views - It's hard to believe, but each morning I was greeted with a view that reminded me of a scene from a blockbuster movie. The balcony provided the perfect spot to savor my morning coffee while taking in the stunning Dubai Water Canal, almost like having my own private movie set.

Parking - Basement parking had some debris, which could use a little tending.

Loved the fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. New furniture. Good location. Spacious apartment. Excellent food.

The area surrounding the hotel was nice, as it was close to many interesting points in this city, such as downtown and The Dubai mall.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a lovely view of the canal. Although there are no supermarkets nearby, the surrounding area is new and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great service from the staff. The buffet breakfast is delicious, and the gym is well-equipped with new gear.

A minor issue with the TV reception, but it didn't detract from the overall quality of the stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily shuttle to Dubai Mall was convenient. The surprise birthday cake left in our room was a thoughtful touch. we would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine and washing machine. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to major attractions and just a short walk away from a promenade with cafes and restaurants.
